PHL | Protective Skills Workshop
May 6–9, 2027 | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The PHL | Protective Skills Workshop is four days of executive protection and protective operations training for professionals who want to build real capability, make sound decisions under pressure, and train with purpose in a team-centered environment.
Training includes firearms performance, reduced-light training, trauma response, protective movement, motorcade procedures, protective advances, ATAK/iTAK integration, operational planning, team-based exercises, and professional development.
Same format. New instructors every city.
Every workshop is led by Offshore Kinetics owner Michael Blake, alongside a new roster of active, high-performing operators from the executive protection industry.

Limited to 24 team members. Enrollment closes once the roster is full.
Team Check-In
All team members check in at the Team House at 6:00 PM on May 5, the evening before the workshop, whether or not you are staying there. Pre-purchased ammunition is handed out at check-in.
Attending the PHL | 1-Day Combined Arms Course? Check in at 6:00 PM on May 4 instead, the evening before the course.

Pre-event gear list, waiver instructions, and final workshop logistics

Protective Skills Workshop + 1-Day Combined Arms Course: add the Combined Arms Course on May 5 for $300. That is $300 off the $600 standalone price, available only when you register here. Combined Arms ammunition ($520) is selected on the 1-Day Combined Arms Course product.

A $150 in-house financing fee is built into your installments, not charged with the deposit. Want Combined Arms included? Who should enroll
Qualified individuals entering physical or private security, active security professionals, executive protection practitioners, current or aspiring protective agents, law enforcement professionals, and military veterans moving into protective work.
Team members should be ready for an active, hands-on environment involving firearms, movement, medical scenarios, and team-based exercises. Offshore Kinetics reviews registrations to confirm each applicant is suited to the physical demands, safety expectations, and course environment.
Registration terms
Tuition secures one spot on the PHL roster.
Tuition does not include Team House lodging, airfare, ground transportation, personal gear, or ammunition.
Final training locations, required equipment, waiver instructions, and logistics are sent to confirmed team members before the workshop.
