Refund & Exchange Policy
Trainings & Workshops
All sales are final.
Due to limited availability and the intensive planning required for each event, we do not offer refunds on trainings or workshops.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time credit to be applied toward the next scheduled training. This credit is valid only for the immediate next session. If unused, the credit will be forfeited.
To be eligible for a credit:

You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled training.

Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or merchandise.
Products (Targets, Apparel, Gear)
All product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged upon delivery:

Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Include your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item.

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect sizing

Misuse or improper care

Shipping delays caused by carriers
