Stay at the Team House

Operators attending the retreat have the option to stay in the Team House.

The team house creates a shared environment where operators train together during the day and regroup in the evenings to decompress, exchange experience, and continue the conversations that don’t happen on the range.

Some of the most valuable moments of the retreat happen after the training day ends — when instructors and operators sit down together and talk through lessons learned, operational experiences, and real-world scenarios.

Team House Includes:

  • Lodging for the duration of the retreat

  • Shared meals with the team

  • Informal evening discussions with instructors and operators

  • A chance to build relationships with fellow professionals in the field

Only 12 team house spots are available.

If you want the full retreat experience, secure your spot early.
